Sleep is good to :
♥ rest my body
♥ clear my mind
♥ recover injury
♥ diet (if you sleep you wont eat..hehe)
♥ dream (wonderful and not bad dream okei)
♥ bring back my energy
♥ calm me from angry
So, jom la tido..hehe.. thats what i do bila rasa sedih, nak marah, geram, letih and macam-macam lagi lah. i make sure to wake up tomorrow with smile..best..hehe
p/s : eat is good too..haiiyyaa..
