Sleep is good

Sleep is good to :
rest my body
clear my mind
recover injury
diet (if you sleep you wont eat..hehe)
dream (wonderful and not bad dream okei)
bring back my energy
calm me from angry
So, jom la tido..hehe.. thats what i do bila rasa sedih, nak marah, geram, letih and macam-macam lagi lah. i make sure to wake up tomorrow with smile..best..hehe

p/s : eat is good too..haiiyyaa..
